Hi there! My name is Erin Thomas. I'm 28 and I live in Cleveland, Ohio. I work at a plus size vintage and modern boutique, I am the proud mama of two little doggies, and I have about a million and a half hobbies. I used to be punk, but now I'm just an old lady. I love good food, fancy cocktails, and marathoning TV shows with my boyfriend.

As you may have noticed, I'm plus size! And a blogger who lives in the Midwest! Therefore, I have a pretty unique perspective on style. If these are things that interest you, you should keep up with me on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr or Instagram. Let's be friends!

I started Zero Style in August 2012. Why Zero Style? I get asked this question a lot. Zero Style is just a spin off of my tumblr name (Zero Girl) which is actually just the name of a Shellshag song. There's no huge meaning behind it! It's just a song I like. (It's also a little bit meant to be self-deprecating and tongue-in-cheek.)

  1. I've nominated this blog for a Liebster Award! Check out your questions on my blog, and keep up the good work!

  2. I love that you mentioned Xanga & Livejournal. I totally agree, I was blogging long before I ever found a niche to blog.

  3. You are the first Clevelander I've found in the blogging world! I mean, I'm sure there are a million people in Cleveland that blog, but given that I've only been skimming through blogs over the last couple months, you are the first that I've found! I also live in Cleveland, so it's cool to see a fellow Clevelander :)

  4. stumbling upon this blog was a total jackpot! your style is unique and so cute, and I find myself loving every look you put together, but am too much of a coward to wear! I hope to be able to take tips from you and start feeling more confident in my body! thanks xx

  5. Love the blog, even though as a guy I'm not your target audience. I'm a native Clevelander living in the south so it's great to see a blogger from C-town!

  6. Hi Erin!

Thank you for following me on Twitter! I'm not too far from you - I live in the Niagara Region of Ontario (went to high school in the Midwest - in LaPorte, Indiana). I'm a lot older than you are - I'll be 62 in two weeks!!!

Crazy me, I decided to launch my own apparel line just over a year ago - athletic/casual wear for full-figured women size 10-24. My company is called Not So Skinny Bitch (you would look adorable in my 'Foxy Lady'!). Please check it out at www.notsoskinnybitch.com.

In my previous life (I owned Niagara Life magazine), I was a publisher so I know how much work it is to do a blogsite - kudos to you! I also blog on my site about body image issues, encouraging women to "get out there and play" and not let their feelings about their size stop them from enjoying an active life.

Thanks again for the follow and I'll be sure to follow you as well!
