Whether you have added a new vanity cabinet in a bathroom remodeling or fill out a new bathroom, installation of the vanity top will be part of the project. The basic procedure is the same for all types of vanity top you have chosen.
Install a single bathroom vanity tops, make sure the vanity cabinet is secured to the adjacent wall and then use a level to make certain of the vanity top surface is level from side to side and front to back. Set the new vanity top on the vanity cabinet to check that the plumbing holes are not covered by the cabinet frame and the top ends close to the wall. Take the new vanity top from the vanity cabinet and set aside.
Apply a 1/2-inch drop of construction adhesive to the cabinet diagonal braces in each corner. Lift the new single bathroom vanity top of the vanity cabinet, lower then it is in place, and gently presses down on the corner braces. Apply a strip of latex tub and tile caulking to backsplash edge to complete the final gasket between the vanity top and the wall. Vanity top installation is now complete and ready for plumbing fixture installation.
