My only gripe is that I wish I would have chosen a material that wasn't 100% cotton. Due to the pleats in this dress, I almost need to get it professionally pressed. Kinda annoying. Other than that, I'm pleased with my choice. It's something I can wear with a sweater and tights in the winter, too.

I just sent back this dress in mustard. I love Eshakti though and am planning to reorder it with some customizations. I expected it to be longer, and since I want to wear it to work would need something less gams-exposing. I hear ya on the pleats maintenance. I only just got an iron for the first time in years (and only because my mom drove all the way from Vermont to give it to me - well, to visit her grandbaby and experience 75 degree winter days, let's be honest) so I'm a little intimidated by the kind of pressing they'll need. Love the collar so much though and I LOVE the headband!

DeleteThe dress is great but the styling for the photos is AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG - as in perfection. Seriously, the set up, the colors, the light - everything from A to Z is on point. I love it. I've personally never ordered from them before but I've always been curious because to be honest I get the majority of the stuff I buy online tailor to fit me perfectly (thanks mom!). I might look at giving them a try.

Deletewhen does your coupon code expire? your photos of the black shirt dress finally inspired me to buy an eshakti dress - i'd been talking myself out of it for over a year! anyways, i got and i fucking LOVE IT. just so amazing to put on a dress and have it actually fit. it really made my day. i ordered two more, since there's 50% off... then i couldn't resist and ordered ANOTHER two... now i'm thinking about ordering another two??? ugh stop the madness!
